Services

Red Line Power Wash Company LLC provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, and commercial property cleaning. All services are performed in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are free and non-binding until a written agreement or invoice is issued. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property, scope of work, or unforeseen circumstances discovered on-site. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the work area on the scheduled service date
• Removing or securing outdoor furniture, vehicles, and personal items from the work area
• Closing all windows, doors, and vents prior to service
• Notifying us of any known damage, fragile surfaces, or special conditions before work begins
• Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work area during service

Scheduling & Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive on the scheduled date and time. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee. For commercial accounts, payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed by pressure washing, or conditions outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Red Line Power Wash Company LLC is fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from improper surface preparation by the customer, or damage caused by conditions not disclosed prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Rhode Island.
